1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from NP Car Rentals LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the Renter) and NP Car Rentals LLC (the Company).

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Valid driving license (UAE or international)
• Valid passport and/or Emirates ID
• Valid credit/debit card for security deposit

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at the time of rental and will be fully refunded upon the satisfactory return of the vehicle, subject to inspection for damages, traffic fines, and Salik charges.

4. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance is included in the rental rate. The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including accidents due to negligence, driving under the influence, or unauthorized use.

5. Traffic Fines & Salik

The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, Salik (toll) charges, and parking fees incurred during the rental period. These will be deducted from the security deposit if not paid directly.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned at the same level. A refuelling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

7. Mileage

Daily mileage limits apply as specified in the rental agreement. Excess mileage will be charged at the rate specified for each vehicle.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
